hi looking for a reasonably priced playhouse for my 18 month old. I know Toys r us recently had one for £39.99 but unfortunately they sold out. Have checked out Ebay but you usually have to collect.

Woolworths have one just now. it is quite large and half price. I think it is around £50 though but it looks worth it.
