Most lenders will take into account some part of your bonuses but not all. You'll need to speak to various lenders to find out what. If you are still getting them you might be ok
My Oh earns £8 a yr extra in overtime and the Natwest said that because he banked with them they could see how much was going in each week and because it was the same amount that it would be fine. HSBC wanted 3 years P60s and also 13 weeks wage slip to confirm that the extra income was on a regular basis and not from one week to the next.0
