Need someone to rebuild a doorstep

I have a tiled front doorstep, two steps, semi-circular, tiled with quarry tiles. Several of the tiles came loose last summer and I repaired the step myself. This year they've fallen off again only it's more this time and the whole structure seems to be crumbling. Think I need a complete rebuild. Not really just a tiling job, probably need the base re-done too.

Any suggestions (greater Belfast area)? One of those jobs that some builders wouldn't look at, too small for them.

I know of a builder who might be of help to you. His name is Dave and his number is 07936912157. I have used him on many of occasions and he is a very good worker. HTH.
