mis sold loan/morgage

could you maybe answer this for me please.
i was recently contacted by cento client review regarding being mis sold my mortgage or loan. i did not sign up with them and most definately wont be, however the gentleman i spoke to did get my mind thinking.
he claimed that when any loan or mortgage is sold in the uk and the witness signature must be done in the company of the lender aswell as the borrower and that if this is not adhered to then the agreement has been mis sold. is this the case??

No. That is complete bull. How do you think people apply for these things direct/internet?
It sounds like a Cento sales rep is getting desperate and is making things up to try and get you to sign up with them. I'm afraid it is not uncommon for dodgy claims companies to make things up or distort the facts in an attempt to get you to commit with them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
