Monument are tiny in the UK, so they may not have such a thing.

Think I have an address in Crawley for them somewhere. That's where I've been dealing with. Will see if can find it.
As they are a US company, I should imagine that their CEO is probably based in the US.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

They're based at the Portland Building, 25 High Street, Crawley, RH10 1BG.
I think all their mail goes via a handling company based in Leicester - 51 Saffron Road I think. That would be on a statement.

Raphaels Bank was just the investing bank. A UK bank had to be involved somewhere along the line as a UK business was being bought by a US firm. Beyond that, Raphaels aren't really involved and would forward any correspondence onto Monument.
They're very much in the background.0
