where did you aquire this weird veg? Did you dig it up in the back garden ? buy it? given it? If you dont know what it is dont eat it. It may well kell you. It may be a mutant.

Mmm that's my favourite celeriac recipe too Becles. It is also nice sliced thinly, sprayed with 1 calorie oil and baked in hot oven to make crisps/chips.
Am also wondering how the 'strange veg' was acquired...lol!0 -

Do you not get a list in the box?
My box comes with a list of the fruit/veg and where it was grown. Sometimes it has cooking tips or recipes on too.Here I go again on my own....0 -
