Megapixels have nothing to do with quality remember, its all about the lens up front.

It annoys me when companies advertise products like its the be all and end all of quality- suppose it sells cameras to naive customers though!

There's also an Olympus C-25 8MP Camera which is available for £47.99 (£40 off!)

This one has a lithium battery which imo is much better than AAA batteries, they never last very long for me.

I tried last week/ week before to get one of these and found it impossible to locate one anywhere in the north west - maybe there's more availability elsewhere ? (Or maybe they're all on ebay !!)

I finished up buying the Hitachi which is more than adequate for my 9 year old's requirements.

They're out of stock seemingly in the whole of essex and out of stock for home delivery too.
