gazpacho recipe needed

Hi there
Having just read the 5 a day thread I am determined to up my fruit/veg intake, I love soups but in the summer (well supposed summer) I am less inclined to have soup - but I thought gazpacho would be good as its a fresh cold soup
does anyone have a good recipe & is there any way of freezing this?
