Independent Banking Advisory Service

Has anybody got any experience of using the Independent Banking Advisory Service (IBAS) to negotiate with Mortgage Companies regarding unfavourable rates, term lengths or shortfalls?

They claim a great deal on their website, with endless testimonials, but are remote (web contact only), expensive and are barely mentioned across this Forum.

As appealing as they seem I am unlikely to go near them unless someone can tell me otherwise. Thanks in advance.

It's a shocking website, my 7 year old could come up with something better than that.

I didn't get as far as what they charge as I was losing the will to live with the endless unpunctuated sentences and poor grammar. They claim to be not for profit however so you have to wonder why the fees are so high.
    Happily an ex mortgage broker!
