Spare part for Nastech automatic bin

Hi. My great Nastech bin opening mechanism has broken after 3 years. I can't find Nastechs address to ask about spares or even if they do a guarantee . I see from your site that Brabantia do a ten year guarantee and are very heloful - so I'm hoping once I get the contact details that Nastech will be just as nice? Anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks for any help! Mary

I bought a Nastech bin very cheaply from eBay. It is the one that opens automatically. My opening mechanism also broke after about 3 years. I rang the number which was on the label inside the bin and they quoted me 80 quid for a new lid.
I subsequently bought a whole new bin from eBay for around 40.0
