Help mortgage application p60 problem!!

Hello

I wonder if anyone can advise? I am undergoing a mortgage application after my offer for a property was accepted. My bank have evidenced my income/wages through my bank account and verified the deposit. However, they require my recent P60.

I'm a contracted worker and use a payroll service to calculate my wages and they pay my tax for me and provide my wage slips/P60 paying my wages by bacs into my account.

Will it have any implications on my mortgage application that the name and address on the employer section on my recent P60 is the name and address of the payroll service i use and is actually not my employer who i work for and declared on my mortgage application???

Can anyone advise??
