any benefit to ditching my part 'Interest Only' mortgage?

bit of background - original endowment mortgage taken out in April 1987 - too early to claim misselling (I tried!) - like a lot of people started getting letters re shortfall - so when we moved 4 years ago I put part of the mortgage on IO that would be covered by the endowment & the rest on normal cap & Int repayment - this helped make the payments more manageable
Now our fixed runs out at end of Sep & as we're used to paying out the amount we do - our rate was fixed in 2007 7.05% no fees - would it be any benefit to put it all on Cap & Int & keep the endowment as a savings plan or keep to the arrangement we have
when the fixed rate finishes the SVR we'll be on is 4% - we have roughly £8500 on IO & £17200 on C/I
we've been offered the following 3.59% 2yrs fixed £199 fee or
2.49 tracker 2 years £199 fee
another factor in not moving to another lender is that because I work for a financial provider I get £40 a month back in my salary so a competitor would have to offer a really good deal to compensate for the £40
thanx to all for their time in reading & their thoughts on my query
