mmm that is not right, I owe a post office I could try and call up and see what the problem. If you don't mind. I know from my own experience and couple other customers the POL (at least now) interest rate is qutie good and is fix (ie if you get accepted you only pay the rate that is advertise.) But they do decline quite a few people.0
