Easyjet from Aldergrove

Im flying to Liverpool with Easyjet on Thurs, but have a few questions as I've only really flew with the "wonderful" Ryanair...

I checked in online on Sunday but didnt have a printer to print the boarding passes, printed them off in work and managed to not print my boarding pass leaving Belfast (now its sayin "u have already checked in" and wont let me print anything else), I have one for my OH and both ours for coming home..

My question is- if i go to airport early before my flight and ask for a print out am i charged for this service? As i know Ryanair charge for checking in at the airport and for printing passes?

My second question is- do easyjet allow a hand lugguage bag AND a handbag? as with ryanair-ur handbag has to put away!

Sorry for the long post, just dont want any problems if it can be avoided!

Hi,

Only 1 bag is allowed on board, so you'll have to put your handbag inside another bag if your taking one.

As for the baoarding passes, I found on th eFAQ's that you are only allowed to print them twice (so I'm assuming that the first time was when you checked in on Sunday, and then the second time was when you printed one of the passes?)

It says:

What does error code STS01 mean?

What does error code STS01 mean? Answer An error has occurred with online check in.
As your printed boarding pass is an official security document, you may only access your printed version twice. After the second time, you must check in for your flight at the airport.
If you have not already printed or viewed your boarding pass twice, then please try again later.

So looks as if you will have to check in at the desk, but I'm not sure if there is a charge for this - maybe someone else will be able to answer that part?

Sorry OP but this is of no help to you now, but when I print my boarding pass I print to a .pdf ( I use Primo PDF but there are other free ones out there) Then I can print off as many as I like to a "real" printer.

just a heads up Easyjet have a dedicated customer service guy on twitter http://twitter.com/easyJetCare assuming he's on shift and you don't need an answer as you're walking out the door to go to the airport he will get back to you with the answer and usually pretty quickly
