Sorry tale about my online shopping

I heard that Tesco was delivering in my area so decided to try it,on Sunday I transferred some money from my bank to my pre-pay card because I heard that Tesco did not accept Electron and I rang them to query if they took a pre-pay card and they said yes.
So I did my order and sent it through My Supermarket.com and I thought everything was fine,my delivery was set for Monday morning. I got a phone call from Tesco Monday morning saying my card wasn't being accepted and to check with my bank which I did, apparently the money I transferred wasn't yet on my card (not instant like I thought it would be) so I got back to Tesco and changed the delivery to today and guess what ? I got a phone call from Tesco this morning to say the card wasn't being accepted again and to check the bank, which I did online and saw I only had about £10 in there. I rang the bank and they told me that they were holding an amount from Tesco and there were 3 amounts of £1 where they had tried to get the money again. I went back to Tesco and explained what had happened, they needed to void the payment or it would sit there for 15 days apparently till the bank would approach Tesco about it. In the meantime I have ordered from Asda for tomorrow from the same card and of course there won't be enough money on it till the Tesco amount is voided off. I have spoken to Tesco yet again and they are trying to sort out what's been happening there because if they don't take a pre-pay card then why did it go through anyway ? I know it's my own fault for being too eager but it has left me so stressed out and I still don't have any groceries. I am now waiting for someone from Tesco to ring me back about what they are doing about it.
Moral is "don't be so eager"

Lol. Never mind. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.
As you're a new customer to Tesco deliveries, you can sign up through Quidco and get £5 cashback for your first grocery delivery plus there may be a £10 off voucher code kicking around somewhere.
Or Topcashback are offering £10 for a first grocery delivery.0 -

Checked my bank early this morning and have been charged £41.38 by Tesco for the delivery I never received yet they insisted my card didn't go through !
Late last night I got another email from them saying the voucher I had used towards the shopping was being refunded, nothing about the money though!0 -
Had a phone call this morning from Tesco saying they wanted to deliver my order ! I told them I had to cancel it because they wouldn't accept my card, then I am told my card was accepted on Monday but the store did not see it, another store notified them this morning that my payment was cleared and they should deliver the order. I said no,I didn't want it now as I had ordered from Asda instead. I am now waiting for a refund. It would be quicker and easier to go to the store and get it yourself instead of all this hassle0
