OR Interview how long after BR did you have yours?

We went BR on 7th July and spoke to the OR breifly that evening checking a few details with us etc. Then said we would have a longer interview soon by telephone, but we still havnt heard anything from her. Just wonderd how long did it take to have yours, and when do they start taking a % of your income if you have any surplus (which i dont think we will) and do they include child tax credit (not working tax) & child benefit in the surplus I know this is a busy time for them but i feel like a cat on a hot tin roof i just want this next bit over!
