Property prices on the rise...

I've been trying to sell my house for a while now (see below), with no joy so far.
After reading about green shoots, and prices going back up, i decided to put my price back up a wee bit also, but still to no avail.
Any reason why?

I'm missing something here. You couldn't sell your house at the price you were asking, so you've put it up?

i read on here that house prices were all set to go back up.

No no, that's not it at all.
A price rise must be bold & dramatic. A 'wee bit' as Insp. Monkfish has discovered, just wont work.
A 50% rise at least I say, & get all those many owners of unsold properties around you to do the same.0 -
