why Can't I Find ADD/REMOVE Programs?

I cannot find it anywhere, is it not usually in the control panel?

I've gottoo many toolbars on this internet setting Windows, ASK, Yahoo AND GOOGLE!! I would just like to keep Google.

I tried uninstalling the rest of them to no avail.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Nope, i have checked several times. Its not there!!!

i managed to uninstall windows toolbar, google gives me an option to uninstall- so its just yahoo and ask jeeves toolbars that need to go!

i MANAGED TO GO ON TO MY HUSBANDS SETTINGS, I DELETED THEM FROM THERE!!! I'M NOT SURE WHY ADD/REMOVE HAS BEEN UNINSTALLED FROM MY PAGE!!!

'add/remove programs' is now called 'programs and features' in Windows Vista/7

The command appwiz.cpl works on Vista & XP.......
