Couple of questions on SOA and Renting

Hello all, just a couple of questions, does any1 know where i can get an online SOA form to fill out and post on the forum?
Also when filling out the SOA do i put all my debts down i own now or do i just put down what i will be paying after im made BR?
And lastly me and my partner have found a rented property for £500 we have never lived together before and i wanted to know if its best to put the tenencey in her name, both our names or just my name? Does it matter which when going BR and with the OR and SOA, Sorry for all the questions me and my partner are both very confused and stressed with it all at the moment, I know theres light at the end of the tunnell, its just getting there!! and any help would be gratfull.

    Hey roller1007,

I know it's a lot to deal with, I'm going through similar myself, just try and relax, taking it a bit at a time and you should find out all the information you need.

    Here's a start for you...

    Go to http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

This is the SOA most often recommended in this forum. Complete the SOA, click calculate then click the MSE button. A window will pop up with some simple instructions to copy the formatted SOA and paste it in this forum.

Fill in the SOA as it will be after your BR.

Not sure about the tenancy thing, will leave that to someone more experienced.

When you've completed the SOA post it in a separate thread with a title of something like 'Please check my SOA and advise'. This will get it noticed by the more experienced forum dwellers that will be more than happy to help you out.

    All the best,
    dack

Check that the tenancy agreement does not have a bc clause,,if it does better in your OH name. As far as the OR and SOA is concerned it does not make the slightest difference, except the OR will prob contact your landlord to confirm rental and no arrears.
    The rest as dack says.Dx
