Worried just received IPOQ and another interviewwith OR

Hi all

Hope you are all OK

Went bankrupt in febuary and all was quiet

Today Just received an IPOQ to fill in :eek:

OR rang to say they want another interview with me with anymore business records

Another letter to say did I want my life insurance to lapse or buy it?

Worried sick now anyone know whats going to happen

Another IPOQ around this time is normal. Does it have EDREV on it?

If you have nothing to hide then the interview is prtobably just to confirm some things that have been said/found. When is it for?

Buying the insurance is normal. Will you be able to get another at a good rate after your discharge? If not it may be worth purchasing the OR's BI in it.

Ok they are probably just reviewing how you are doing.

Might be that your case clerk has moved on and a new guy is just catching up with things. Just co-operate to the best of your ability and things should be fine.

Hi . May I ask what business records they have?. Mine had the accounts from 2007/08 just an overview not the full monty. This seems to have been enough. My BR was mostly all business related ( sole trader not LTD)
Were you LTD?

Tiger may be right and it's no big deal and they want a little more info or a new case worker has taken over.;)

I was a sole trader and they originally asked for 2 years accounts and invoices which I gave them
They now want the first year

Ah. You were SE for 3 years is that correct? They may want to know how you only lasted three years and what you did in the first year.;)

I was SE for 9/10 years before BR
