What to pay off first??

Hi
Me and my hubby bought a house from Bryant Homes using their offer of a mortage for 75% and the remaining 25% is to be repaid after 10 years.
What we want to know is are we better paying off more money than our regular monthly payments on the mortgage for the next 10 years and then remortgaging to cover the 25%
or
saving money from now to pay off the 25% in 10 years time.
We have no intentions of moving before the 10 years are up.
Many thanks for any help anyone can offer.

What mortgage rate do you have at the moment as it will depend a lot on that?0
