    As for it being for a 3 yr old my daughter is that age and i wouldnt buy it for her as she is too old , However she would play with it say at a friends house or something for half and hour.

    I have purchased one for my friends son for a xmas present, - he will be nearly one then, as its a shape sorter and so educational and nice bright and bold colours for little ones . not forgetting the theme too , I think he will love it !!

    Yes I presumed that too as it looks like a spinning top and so I bought it for my Nephew when he turns 1.

    But it's actually a card game with figures etc... so I'm giving it to my youngest when he turns 2 at the end of the month :D

    it is a spinning top with shapes so if you got cards think they sent you the wrong thing!

    Mine came today it says from 12 months on the box, also ordered the nintendog which box says 3yrs + but amazon say 6yrs+??
