Recipe help needed

Ages ago I found on a recipe on the back of a paket of marshmallows. The marsmallows where mini ones and the bag was a dark red colour. On the back were 2 or 3 recipes. I made one of the recipes called (I Think) marshmallow fudge. I didn't think to keep the recipe tho:mad:! I remember from memory it involved a tin of condensed milk, shortcake biscuits or rich tea biscuits and marshmallows for the topping. Can anyone help me with this recipe? I've tried Dr Otkers site as I think that was the brand of marshmallows but no joy, they were no help when I emailed them either. I might be wrong on the name of the recipe but it was too die for.

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

    Chocolate Mallow Fudge
    125g butter
    1 can condensed milk
    2 tbsp golden syrup
    250g caster sugar
200g shortcake or rich teas made into crumbs
    75g-100g mini marshmallows
    200g white chocolate, melted

Heat the condensed milk, butter, syrup and sugar in a heavy based saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil. Boil steadily for 7-8 mins until thickened.
Remove from the heat and stir in the crumbs. Pour the mixture into a greased shallow baking tray. Press on the marshmallows, spacing them apart evenly whilst the fudge is still warm. Melt the chocolate and pour over the marshmallow/fudge mixture. Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares.

Hope this is it!!! The make of marshmallows was Fiddes Payne. Think i got them at sainsburys...
