What steps should I take now?

Short version of a long story:
I pay my mortgage (Capstone) every month via bank-to-bank transfer (both parties use the same bank), but in February and march, they "lost" the payments. I sent them photocopies of my bank statements clearly showing that the monies had left my account and had been paid into their account. Subsequently, Capstone have "found" one of the payments, but the other is still missing. They have added the payment to some minimal arrears we had accrued and have sent some threatening letters. Despite the phonecalls I've made, the payment remains "lost".
What should I do? I know there isn't a judge in the land who would rule in favour of Capstone (if it came to that) as the evidence shows the payments have been made and received, but I need to vent at somebody!
