Help - Littlewoods Code Please

Can any one please give me a bit of advice - I placed an order with Littlewoods and used 2 codes one giving a 20% and 1 with £10 off - order accepted both code

Had the item delivered today but the price on the despatch note is only with the 20% off - can anyone confirm does the other code not show up until a statement is issued or would i need to query it with there customers services, does the despatch note normally show the fully reduced price

Any info would be most appreciated

Thanks Codebreaker - you are a star - also could I ask - if the item that I rec'd was too big - and I wanted to change it for a smaller size would Littlewoods still honour the code ?
    many thanks

    Hi Vicky,

I'm not sure. I used 2 codes too. It took the 20% of my main item (saved me about £90) and then showed a deduction of £20 (for the other code) at checkout. Haven't received the item yet.

So for exampe if I bought an item for £400 - it would show the price as £320. The only discount showing in my case was the £20 because the other was already deducted - if that makes sense.

    Regards

As for your second question I wouldn't mind the answer too

Hi Stebiz - my checkout was exactly the same - it showed the price as 16-80 (£21 - 20%) and then a line saying less £10 voucher - which would make total £6-80 and it said both codes had been accepted.

But when i received the item today on the delivery note is only says £16-80 and makes no mention of the other £10 voucher - but according to CODEBREAKER (see posting above) - the £10 will show up on statement

Thanks for your help on this matter

    Hi Vick,

I understand. In my case the 20% was the important code and the £!5 icing on the cake. Lets hope for both our sakes CODEBREAKER is right - I'm sure he is ;)

Hi Stebiz - I have been a member for a few months now and whilst I havent posted many items - or questions - I do read through most of the items every day and CODEBREAKER - seems to be pretty on the ball with most things - so I feel confident in the advice they have provided
