family dinner tonite.. Help please!

hi, having brother in law, his wife, and 2 kids over 9yr and 7yr.. Dont know wot to do! Including my lot that makes 2 full grown men wiv massive appertite, 2 women trying to lose few pounds! Three boys 6-9yrs who are v. Good and eat wot they get.. And a baby who has leftovers! Forgot to steaks out last nite, grabbed them this morning from freezer but they wont be ready 4 tonite. So ive got a pack of mince which i hope to bulk with mushroom, carrot and celery. But at a complete loss wot to do wiv them.. Dont want to buy stuff in.. Was thinking maybe lasagne, cannelleni.. Have sheets and tubes in cupboard.. I have frozen puff pastry(the jus-roll stuff) tins of toms, flour(plain and corn) frozen veggies.. Array of fresh and dried herbs and spices, one beef stock cube , garlic, little bit of cheese. Also(sorry!) would like to make a desert as well.. Thing i will make a new post wiv baking goodies i have.. Will label it family dinner part 2, if anyone would be lovely enough to scoot over there for me and answer that too! Looking forward to all the yummy ideas u all always have! Thanku in advance x x

hi, have family over 2nite. There will be 4 adults, 3 children and a baby.. Would love to make a pudding but dont know where to start.. Was hoping u lovely peeps would help! I have sponge mix, batter mix, cocoa powder, corn flour, castor sugar, plain flour, 4 squares of dark choc, raisons, icing sugar, vanilla extract, milk choc syrup, butterscotch angel delight, jelly, gingerbiscuits, jam, marmalade, puff pastry, margarine, tin peach slices, fresh bananas and pears.. Ready and waiting for ideas.. X x0

How about a chocolate pear pudding or a banoffee dessert - crush ginger nuts and make a base with a little melted butter, make up butterscotch angel delight, slice bananas and put them over the base then put angel delight on top if you have cream you put that on top too or could use dream toppingBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Pancakes!! Everybody loves them! Put bowls on the table with fruit, sugar and any other toppings and have them help themselves0
