Aaargh Got another vip slot for tonight & again couldn't add anything to my basket. That is until I read the above thread. Sadly now everything I want is out of stock. I just hope I didn't miss everything on wednesday because I was signing in wrong.( I really wanted the pink tv for my daughter)

I have lost everything that was in my bag I couldn't get back on at all last night from either computer in this house This morning it let me finally log back on i have lost my shopping bag and it wont let me book another time slot so i have lost a whole evening last night when i could have been doing other things I bet as well everything i had in basket will now be out off stock when i am finally able to have time to get back on I am not a happy bunny at all

Hi, can anyone help me please... I'm on my VIP slot and I can view the sale items but there's nowhere to select them. It looks just like the preview. I definitely clicked 'shop now' though...

Try typing www.next.co.uk/vipsale into your address bar instead of clicking on the link, that might work

hi, just wondered if anyone's ordered any of the half magazine subscriptions in the sale, it seems really good but just wondered how it worked as theyed make great crimbo presents, but will the subsciption start when my items are delivered? i've never had a magazine subsciption from anywhere before :-/

I had the same problem yesterday, and phoned customer services. She asked me to log out and back in again, but it didn't work. I had to clear my cookies, to stop it logging me in automatically, then it worked okay.

Perhaps they have a separate sale link to stop people going through cashback websites?

If it hadn't worked, I had a list of some of the catalogue numbers I wanted. They could have placed the order by phone for me. It's worth noting down the numbers beforehand, while trawling the preview - mind you I looked through 109 pages of kids clothes but 2 minutes later when my VIP slot started there were oly 72 pages.

I have my VIP slot in an hour and was just wondering is there a way to pay by debit card? Usually when I have tried to order from next it tries to charge it to a next account?

Hi mrsbluebear, I'm pretty sure I read that you can only use you flexible account. I think I read it on the VIP sale leaflet I received through the post.

I managed to buy something after signing out and back in again. Only 1 of the items I wanted was in stock out of the load of designer jeans I wanted haha, nevermind. Hope someone else managed to snap up some good bargains.

Thanks for this. If you order on the flexible account though, if you pay it off in full when you get the statement, do you get charged interest? Also, do you know if you can pay it online?
