mortgage delays

Can anyone tell me how i should go about trying to get my former mortgage supplier to admit not carrying out an arranged mortgage delay due to maternity leave, then putting us through 3 CCJ's ( Now Cleared) and then having to take a back street mortgage for the last 9 years with ever increasing interest rates despite rates falling to an all time low.
I am at my wits end as no one will accept responsibility for this mess and without the help of my family i would be homeless by now.:mad::mad:
ps I have contacted the FSA and they have drawn a blank as my previous mortgage provider have told them the time frame is too long.
Thanks.

I think you will have to give us more info!
How can a lender who does not give you a mortgage give you a CCJ?"Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson

thanks for reply,
maybe i should explain situation, My mortgage provider told us a maternity break would be implemented on our mortgage. but when we had our child we thought mortgage was being paid when it wasn't. My mortgage company then decided it was our fault and proceeded with CCJ action on 3 direct debits. My mother in law took out a loan to pay off two of the CCJ's and the third was re-scheduled.
hope this explains.
thanks,
