Hello,
I have looked on other breadmachine threads, however Im still struggling with the recipe for a 900g loaf in my tesco bread machine. I have tried adjusted the quantities from the 700g loaf, however the 900g loaf has a "doughy" texture. My recipe is 1cup wholemeal flour, 3cups white flour, 1tbsp oil, 1 1/4tsp salt, 2 1/4tsp yeast, 1 1/4tsp sugar.
Any suggestions/recipes would be welcome.
Thanks

Reduce the water, maybe by 1/2 cup. I'll warn you, it may still not be right, but it may be closer to edible.0
