Well done on the quit smoking, I did it many years ago when living miles from anywhere, cold turkey :eek:
Try sugar free sweets if you need something sweet, but not too many, they make you poop!!!:eek::eek::eek:0 -
I've given up smoking
(16 days now!) & need to make sure I don't pile on the weight - not easy when you're 40 and disabled, with an incredibly sweet tooth 
Wow, many congrats- I know how hard it is. (2 years & 7 months fag-free now, we won't mention the weight gain tho!) Keep it up- it does get easier and you'll be so glad you don't have to go outside in the cold once the colder weather returns.Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0 -

Well I've just started a diet but am going to enter anyway :rotfl: i'll cross that bridge when I come to it if i win!
