Hiya,
i've been looking for one of those Free Calorie trackers where you enter what foods you've eaten for the day & it tots up the calories for you.
Ones i've used in the past are Tesco's & Weightloss Resources - but they aren't free.
Can anyone recommend a free UK site?
[Seen loads of US ones, but they tend to name their foods differently & don't have our brands either - so not really helpful to me].

I use this one, very good as tells you how many calories you should aim for too. Also you can out in your weight so you can see if you've lost any weight, gives you a target to loose weight in. Just good to see just how many calories you've munched without realising!:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j
