I am after some advice. I love baking but i am unsure on what i can freeze ?

wouldn't freeze anything that's iced or with a cream or butter filling, but would freeze anything else really.... not sure about things like quiches, but you can buy frozen quiche, so i suppose that should be ok too... cakes and breads all freeze well, but don't refreeze successfully, so perhaps potion up before freezing...0

My Mum used to freeze iced cakes (normal icing or buttercream), but used to separate with that easy leave stuff from Lakeland.

my mother in law freezed a quich which we just had for lunch very yum lol. Thanks for you replies0

I make all my own bread and once it is cool I slice it up with an electric knife and then freeze it. I then take a couple of slices out as I need it. That way you don't have any waste.0

i bought loads of bananas reduced and made three banana breads. we sliced them up once cool and froze them individually in sandwich bags - lovely and don't take too long to defrost!it's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:0
