Waitrose pizza vouchers

Has anyone had problems using the Waitrose Pizza voucher in the self scan at Tesco SA said they can't get the money back although they do scan. Also does anyone have a list of the Tesco's that have self scanners.

I'm gonna sound really daft now as I've never seen the vouchers but...... do the vouchers say that they can be used at any supermarket? I would have thought they could only be scanned at a waitrose store if they are called waitrose pizza voucher?

They say to be used at Waitrose but most supermarkets take other supermarkets coupons like save £5 off a £50 shop.Kathy0
