NEWSPAPER SUMMARY - Sunday 12th July 2009

The Daily Record and Sunday Mail are offering 4 free kids books over this weekend and next. They are available for collection in Asda or if you collect all 4 coupons you can send away for the whole set for approx.£4 (unfortunately to send off you also need yesterdays coupon).

Todays book is "Mark Spark in the Dark" by Jacqueline Wilson. Next weekend they are offering "The Smelliest Day at the Zoo" by Alan Rusbridger and "Hammy the Wonder Hamster" by Poppy Harris. I picked mine up this weekend and they are penguin paperbacks priced at 4.99 my son is very pleased and they would also make nice gifts (no newspaper logo etc).

I was served by a very nice lady and I explained that I was disappointed to have missed out yesterday as I was unaware of the promotion and she handed me a copy which they had left from yesterday - "The Dinosaur's Diary" by Julia Donaldson. :j
