2 children only one in shared care does csa take into consideration

Hi

Split from my ex and have 2 kids he currently only gives me half the money for when they need clothes or shoes I provide all food except 2 nights in 2 weeks for 1 child. 1 child stays with him 7 nights out of 14.

his net pay is 300 a week

Can anyone tell me what I might be entitled to via CSA

Thanks

If you go onto the csa website and put all the details in, that will give you an idea of what to expect
  • yes shared care will still be allowed

the way it will be calculated is
    if there are 2 qc's
weekly mc will be calculated at 20% of your net income
this would then be divided in half to work out an amount for each child
then the reduction will be applied to one half of the mc.

hope this doesnt confuse you too much
