I got one too - and the SA filleted it for me so I could cut it into portion when I got home (can't stand the eyes looking at me!!!). Had to pull out some little pin head bones myself. Had salmon in honey and soy crust tonight. Mine worked out at 70p per portion - but other customers were buying just 2 or 3 salmon fillets at £2 each! (and they were smaller than mine).

Bought one yesterday it worked out at £10.15 for the whole salmon. They filleted and took the head off for me same as tbw and I cut it into portions, we are also having salmon tonight and the other portions are in the freezer.
