Aviva Reattribution Policy Not Eligible

Morning all.
Sorry for maybe a dumb question.
Having recently received a letter about the reattribution it states that my policy is not eligible.
The policy is a with profits endowment policy taken out in June 1990 with the Norwich Union.
I have not spoken to Aviva yet but forewarned is forearmed if needs arise.

If yours in is the NU with profits fund then you already received your bonus. The re attribution isnt on the NU fund.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
