When is the M & S Summer Sale ?

Hi all,
Does anyone know when the big Marks and Spencer Summer Sale will start?
In 2007 it started in the 3rd week of July, and last year it started on Thursday 17th July so does that mean this year it will start on Thursday 16th July?
