How can I cook Lamb Breast (think that's what it is!)

I would put it in the slow cooker with some veg - onions, carrots, celery, parsnip or swede etc, once cooked let it go cold then remove all the solidified fat off and reheat the lamb etc and thicken. Love breast of lamb but havent had any for ages.MARCH £62.38/2500

As per boultdj, JackieO & heartolearn.
It won't end up "soggy & fatty". OK, it'll take longer to go through the "soggy & fatty" stage and get to the "lovely & crispy" stage than in a conventional oven, but it's in a slow cooker. The clue is in the name.
I always like to have one of these little joints in the freezer as a standby Sunday roast, in case the bargain shelves are empty. If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?
