1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding Dial-a-Phone and Phones 4u employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. You can enter the draw to win a LG Viewty Smart phone online by completing the registration form. No purchase is necessary.

3. The prize consists of a LG Viewty Smart phone and does not include a Pay Monthly or Pay as you Talk contract.

4. Draw will take place on 31.07.09 and the winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw.

5. One entry per person.

6. By providing the details required you agree to these terms and conditions and to being contacted by Dial-a-Phone, a trading division of Phones 4u Limited, for marketing purposes and for the purposes set out in Dial-a-Phone’s privacy policy.

7. In the event that we are unable to contact you after three attempts at reasonable intervals we will draw a replacement winner.
