moving to ireland

hey folks ,

i had already posted about this a few months ago and no takers , thought id give it another bash.

im moving to dublin at the end of the year ,currently have a mortgage with nr ,almost positive we would break around even if we could sell just now but that doesnt include any fee's so really trying to avoid doing that .im really wanting to know .if i was to let out my property (already discussed this with nr and despite our equity position have said ok )wot kind of effect will this have on buying in ireland ,we are possibly lookin to take advantage of the recession and buying inaround a years time in dublin .Our mortgage is fairly small only £55k (although 17k unsecured loan???).I have just graduated from uni so would like to get a head start on buying a proper home for me and my fiance .
