I was wondering if play.com ship one item at a time or do they ship all your items together? It's been AWHILE since I ordered from them and I can't remember

i got 3 things i ordered saturday today-eash in separate packets-two of the the same DVD ordered at the same time !0

everything is sent individually which is embarassing when you've ordered 20 DVDs and they are left with the uni halls warden......Kavanne

The Play.com policy is due to the VAT loophole. Jersey does not have VAT, but there would be import duty to pay when goods are sent to the UK if the order is over £18. By sending each item individually in a majority of cases import duty will be avoided.0
