dnomyar yes that was my point about the postage.. I sell books on Green Met and know that it recently cost me £1.84 to send a huge thick paperback in a jiffy bag so I know that a paperthin dvd prob sent in a normal envelope would cost nowhere near £1.99 or so to post.What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0

P+P isn't just what you can see. Yes this company may (and probably are) making a profit, but it is not a huge one. You have:
Postage. They are a high volume sender so they will be getting a discount, which probably covers....
Packaging.
Printing supplies (for labels etc.)
Staff. Someone has to process and pack all this stuff.
Payment services. Us paying them is not free.
Property. They will need somewhere to store everything, and for the staff to work in.
(And arguably...)
Actual items. The newspaper is not being bought so where is the money for the item coming from?This is my opinion. Got the Transformers pack, but it was missing the SD card and SD card reader.
I've emailed them but no response as yet. Annoyingly the reader was pretty much the only reason I ordered the pack. This is my opinion.
