Hmm - not sure about this one. On the first page of the survey it says -

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Halifax, its subsidiaries and other group companies, Seven Squared Ltd and anybody who is professionally connected with the promotion.

2. You can enter online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/homematters. Entries must be received no later than midnight (GMT) 31 December 2009.

3. Only one entry per person, per draw. No third party or bulk entries. All entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.

4. Only five prize winners will be drawn. The prize is a £100 Debenhams gift card. Image on the gift card may vary. The gift card can be used in store (not online).

5. We accept no responsibility for lost, incomplete, delayed, wrongly delivered or damaged entries or those not received for whatever reason.

6. Our decision is final in all matters relating to the prize draw and we will not enter into any correspondence with any entrants about them.

7. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to Debenhams Gift Card Results, Halifax Magazine, Seven Squared, 20 Uppder Ground, London, SE1 9PD.

8. We may require you to take part in further publicity resulting from the draw if you win the prize.

9. The prize is as described above and no cash or other prize alternative is available, except in the event of circumstances outside of Our control, where We reserve the right to provide a similar alternative of equal or greater value. The winner cannot transfer the prize to anyone else without Our written consent.
