just podded and peeled my broad beans, I have too many for tonight, will the peeled beans keep in the fridge for a couple days?

I freeze them, on the same day. They tend to go a bit squishy if left in the fridge I find. Whereas from frozen they get a quick minute in hot water then get added to whatever hot dish i'm cooking the next day.0
