payday loans - reclaim?

I have personally used this site many times and been successful with reclaiming etc. However I have a friend at work who took out some payday loans and fell behind with payments.....my question is, could the same format for reclaiming charges on credit cards for example be applied to this extortionate charges the payday guys levy out? eg, could they justify the breakdown on how it costs them so much in charges if a missed payment happens

You can try, but they tend to be pretty slippery.

true, but am I right in thinking the same logic/priniciple lies with the banks large charges and these guys?

She has double her original loan in a space of days with charges added!
