Hiya - you need to do it minus any debt payments as once you go bankrupt they won't be there. At the moment they are making it difficult to see what your surplus is after bankruptcy.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

You might have to argue that the bike is essential for work. When you say you borrow a car to pick up your child, do you have to pay for this?Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

i need to rent somewhere 300 less.....are all the amounts ok for one person......0
-
You need to take out emergency fund, internet, etc and remove the debts then we can see where you can shave any money off. If you can't afford the mortgage, you need to find out how much it will cost you to rent somewhere appropriate, then redo your SOA showing that amount instead of the mortgage.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

the rent in our area for me for a smaller place could be around 400-500 and if i take off what u highlighted in total £30 for emergency fund and internet that should give me 230 extra to live which would about break even.0
-
or keep me within that 99 bracket for an IPA0
