What happens to council tax arrears when you go b/r? The cccs have advised us to go b/r which we have been considering anyway.

I had water arrears that has been included in my BR,wasnt expecting it as my monthly payment was covering arrears and current usage,had a letter saying will get new bill and payment plan starting from day after i went BR.0
