Negotiating Arrangment Fees

Hi Everyone,
We are looking to move our mortgage to another providor and wondered if anyone had had any success in negotiating on the arrangment fees?
We have a good LTV (house worth approx £300k, mortgage needed is £132k) so wondered if this would help us at all?
They seem to make so much money on the interest I wasnt sure if there was any flexibility here?
Cheers!
