Endeavour Personal Finance

Hi there,
Not sure if this is in the correct place to put this topic.
In January 2007 I took out a 38k secured loan with Endeavour personal finance. I am now in the position to pay off this loan.
I rang them today to ask for a settlement figure and there is a early repayment charge of 6k and £120 admin charge.
Also they put a 3k single payment life insurance policy on the loan
I though that they could only charge 2 months interest as a fee or is that only on mortgages??
Any help would be greatfull
